It's on the same level as Kingdom to me. It's kind of hard to remember the dozens of characters, and the scan translations are a little.... sketchy.

It takes place in the Three Kingdoms era of China(several hundred years after Kingdom's Warring States Period).

It has heavy focus on various types of warfare. Assassination, naval warfare, psychological warfare, taking advantage of the weather. It's more focused on strategy and manipulating the battlefield than Kingdom, there's less duels in it too.

it also has top tier art.
