No, you're just mentally deficient. There are non-DF using Top Tiers. The King of the Pirates doesn't use a DF. So why would I say awakening is a "requirement" to be Top Tier, when Garp and Roger don't even use a DF to begin with?

The requirement I made is for World Class Pirates in their prime to have CoC. That's it. CoC/Awakening is a package that can put you Top Tier but it's not a requirement.

And P.S. I still believe BM is awakened. She's had her DF for 60+ years. If not revealed here, it will in SBS/VCs. Like some mentioned Soul Pocus could very be her awakening.
