Nioh is not Dark Souls. One is far more an action/loot game that require you to study bosses and repeat content for loot (not a bad thing), the other is purely a methodical read on bosses and exploration.

Nioh is far faster, DS is far slower, including Elden Ring and Bloodborne.

Only thing I can tell you is it comes with practice. I know I'm biased though, Monster Hunter is my favorite franchise and is quite literally based on the idea of studying varied bosses and defeating them for loot for hundreds of hours, so it's why I like these 2 franchises too. Same idea applies to Horizon, and why the next 2 weeks are insane to process for me.
You like Monster Hunter ? :mihugh: the game is so stupid, keep hitting monster the same way 100s of times and you don't know when they'll die, no health bar, stupid map as well..... I couldn't go further with dark souls and Nioh but didn't dislike them, but Monster Hunter I really disliked it :queenmeme:
