What is funny is that Oda himself said something that would indicate that he won't mind come critical approach and some ideas but his editors are bunch of balls licking yes men who don't complain or tell him to not give Robin screen time and spend time at editorial department watching hentais on phone.

About the hentai stuff. There is a video or something like that where the editor talks about working for Oda/working at their office and someone screenshotted one moment in the film where he shows something on his phone and u can see that dude is literally reading/watching hentais on his phone.

They are one thing. But let's not make that cloud ur judgment. Robin's chapter on Wano was total shit. All she learned during timeskip was some fucking Fishman palm strike and Maria ( who mind you had CoA and CoO confirmed ) dropped down to this.
Oda needs editors who will maybe not to say call him out on his bullshit but let him know that he needs to think and spread his thoughts in chapters more precisely.
