- Chapter begins with Luffy vs Kaido
- Kaido asks Luffy to stop making him sober over and over again.
- X Drake: I rest my "hope" upon him. I can't let to interfere his fight.
- Cipher Pol boss asks X Drake why a navy spy is helping a pirate.
- Cipher Pol boss: Still can't choose your side?
- X Drake: ....
- Jinbei is taking Raizo to Kawamatzu
- Kawamatzu: Those two might have done "that" already!!
- Strawhats are running towards the lower floor. Sanji is not shown.
- Nami and Tama are carried by Marco
- Franky and Zoro joined Usopp and scabbards on Hamlet. Zoro is unconcious.
- Kaido: I can see your punches getting weaker. How much do you have in your tank?
- Luffy: Enough for me to beat you!!!
- Kaido tells Luffy that the outcome of their battle will change the world regardless of who the winner is. The world will be out of balance. "Perhaps, the change might have started soon!"
- Cut to Makino's bar in East Blue. She is crying reading a newspaper.
- Makino: "First it was Sabo. Now you too?"
- Gorosei are shown reading newspaper shocked. "Curse you, Teach!"
- Kaido is in "laughing drunk mode". Luffy says, Kaido is faster than Snakeman after drinking saké. Luffy is out of gear 4.
- Kaido thinks about the time he joined Rocks pirates. We see a young Whitebeard.
- Chapter ends with "Rocks D. Xebec" title card. He is in silhouette. The silhouette is much different from the previous one. Xebec has long hair and a sword. He is regular human size, next to Whitebeard.
