I forget that probably people don't do that outside the Poland or just don't call it like that- it is a mix of every alcohol you have with you, mostly made on students' parties in bowls or so to get wasted faster and all, but I saw it not only there. Really on any party with cheapest alcohol you can find it when people are bored.
