that would only work after the One Piece is revealed and Luffy is "responsbile" to find an answer

The production was very good, but the decision to break up the book in multiple movies kinda sucked

because this movie ended up only having build up and lore, and no payoff / action as a reward for the viewer

so it felt really slow

but other than that, it was a pretty good movie

If dragon is an antagonist I could see that. A benevolent dictator type is always fun. The only issue is Luffy isn’t a character with any real depth in that field. There wouldn’t be a fun back and forth of ideals.

i remember before Wano we thought the Shogun was gonna be a scary / badass swordsman that had the shodai kitetsu and was gonna be Zoro's fight, while Luffy fights Kaido
