It’s a Togepi, Togekiss is pretty good normal/flying but you do have to train it from level 1 so it’ll just take time to make it strong

Isn't it because your only attacking move is night shade? Damage based on level. So you deal 18 damage.

Yeah, but iirc, ghastly doesn't get any other attack move aside from Lick? Which is based of Atk instead of SpA.
So, also garbage.

Yes.
Gastly only gets a SpA Ghost-type move at lvl 29.
you get 2 Dark type Atk moves before it.
Gotta postpone that Haunter evolve until 29 when you get Shadow Ball.
