NGL, I prefer Artur's take on Green Bull so far too tbh.

Odas version seems so suddenly edgy and tryhard but Artur's is still playful and fun with hint of a a more savage, brutal side, which is the impression I got from him when Oda first "showed" him at Reverie ofc.

Oda's version of Green Bull atm fits the ideology of the WG perfectly, hes an even better soldier for them than Akainu is! Such a blind devotee (ironically especially since they have Fujitora who is literally blind ofc and Akainu their "loyal dog" hates the Celestials too)

I'll give Oda a chance although I fear he might be dumbing down/exaggerating Green Bull's character/personality too much here, he seems too much like a loyal dog/brute here, like a brainwashed puppet even. I hope its just him being aware of how the world really works, not delusional/stuck in fantasy alone, a brutal pragmatist/realist and hes just adapting to that.

I wonder though, does he actually know what the Celestials are like? How respulsive and heinous they are? And hes still so fond of and worshipping them seemingly?
I might need to re-read the chapter and examine his dialogue even further, especially maybe with the official translations too.
