i think it’s quite obvious that
yonko > admirals
for the simple reason that admirals would fight all together against a yonko crew, while yonkos would never create alliances to fight an admiral fleet.
This is not to fuel the debate, i do think admirals are top tiers.
Still, akainu is probably two levels above other admirals and maybe he’s yonko level.
I would accept GB retreating after seeing a menacing Shanks
