He is pretty cool though and Oda probably thinks so especially with the blatant Yoshio Harada influences on him too.
Oda seems to think Germa are pretty cool too from how he depicts them too, especially in the anime with the full super sentai and such.
His standards and tastes are quite different to ours at times.
I still think Aramaki is really cool regardless, even if this chapter makes him look bad. For the most part, hes exactly what I hoped for and even better.
