Here Luffy challenges Big Mom for first time to protect the Fishman Island from BMP and Big Mom accepts it by saying she will only divert her anger towards SHs, which she did. No harm was done to FI.
And the same might have happened here too;
Big Mom is a negotiable person when she is in the mood. Maybe she decided to let all of these hostages live cause they really weren’t the real trouble maker. Once again she decided to target SHs for the mess they created in WCI. Cause otherwise there is no way Jimbie would have time to treat his wounded buddies and have a farewell party with no visible scars or lost limbs.

I hope we see chopper use a new form in this raid, I feel like his pre-timeskip forms were used more whereas post-timskip we've mostly seen him use heavy point and sadly kung fu point
