I dont really care that much if Yamato joins or not, i just feel like at this point having her stay in Wano would be worse then her joining.
Especially after those last couple of chapters with Momo talking about her send-off, and her declaring to live free like Oden in the last chapter. Would make literally zero sense.

I’m hoping something like this. Would work well with what bit of character Yamato has and it sets up for her growth in a return for the final war.
