Queen's panel also has that same sfx for debris falling, but we can't actually see the debris on both panels. So King bleed, there just isn't a sfx for that

But surely the sense of the scene is telling us that Shanks intervention was completely unnecessary and the words that Ryokugyu was saying were clearly false; yes, Momo would have been fine and what Shansk did was unnecessary, that is the message lol.

The debris is behind him genius. Blood droplets coming from his mouth. Sound effects don't change what is obvious.
