''How could Drake free Hawkins without him knowing it?'' - What? You mean how could Drake free Law without Hawkins knowing it? Well, just open Laws cuffs when Hawkins is not there lol. But weird, that when we saw Law talking with Hawkins, Drake wasn't there. + Hawkins didn't mentioned Drake at all.

Drake was waiting for him outside. We don't really know what happened but one thing is for sure. Drake did something to Hawkins, freed Law and they both took him out.
