Bro,.. The marines had not even verified all of the specifics of the BM/Kaido alliance or whether it was indeed being created. They refer to the alliance as a prospect and not entirely confirmed as they bring it up. . If anyone's argument is bad faith, it's yours for suggesting that they didn't get a bounty increase from forming it because they were taken out before it was finalized. The raid happened just as Kaido was announcing the alliance to the men of his organization
