Yo, I have a basically permanent hematoma on my leg from an impact, will it ever go away? :josad:
Depends on its proximity to bone.

Keep up the good work bro! Make sure when you get old that you remember all those people you're helping mate, it'll keep the bitterness at bay
I am not bitter at anything bro.

No no, I'm not saying you are bitter. I'm just saying when you get to 70 and shit seems a little less bright, just remember the work you're doing now!
Thank you bro, but at 70 I would like to be busy with my purpose

He said it can be removed but eh I'm not excited about surgery :milaugh:

It looks like an old bruise, and it's a tiny bump. And sometimes it hurts a tiny bit randomly :usoprice:
If it is vacular, microsurgery will do depending on its location. You can even go for irradiation if it is just a hematoma as you said

And I will always have my memories with loved ones and friends like you to have a great banter

You're mistaking Hematomas with hemangiomas lol
A lower limb hematoma requires drainage under local anesthetics then simply debridement, nothing complicated as surgery/ radiation

debridement is what I called microsurgery, but if it has a vascular connection to the bone, or if it is calcified, which is most likely since she said it is permanent, tghen we need to excise it. Hemangiomas require embolization.

Also you are factually wrong. calcified hematoma can not be drained.
