Starts with a panel showing the sea that was once lulusia Island
Small flashback shows bartolomeo using his ability to protect sabo and 2 other unknown people who are blacked out in silhouettes
Sabo bartolomeo and the other 2 silhouetted people are seen floating in the sea barto sabo are unable to swim but they are rescued by one of the silhouetted guys who is revealed to be a impel down level 6 escapee who was hiding in lulusia his introduction box shows that he is shiki former rocks pirate who was secretly put back into impel down after he fought Shanks before the Timeskip Shanks took him in to gain his bounty money and he was the pirate he wanted to chat about to the 5 elders becuse after he escaped impel down he almost revived the rocks pirates and started a huge war on and around lodestar Island over the ancient weapon Uranus which the location is now unknown the details of the war are unknown
But shiki managed to use his df to lift a piece of land from the bottom of the sea upwards while barto was shielding them to save himself so he could save the people who drowned
The second silhouette is now revealed to be xebecs son axel d xebec he doesn't have a bounty and he is looking very angry he was assisting shiki and he claims to have been angry at himself for not been able to make it to wano to assist big mum and kaido
Sabo and barto thank shiki and axel. Axel uses a white den den mushi to talk to the 4 underworld emperors and says. Imu will be going for lodestar next we need to destroy the red line as soon as possible Shanks who is also one of the underworld Emperors smirks his ship is seen heading to elbaf
Shiki says to axel that Shanks is his next target and he doesn't respect pirates that play on multiple sides axel says that he has a plan to take him out but he needs to interrogate him about god valley first before he's to be killed.
Sabo tips his hat and flies off with barto. Sabo says that the world balance is about to be flipped upside down once luffy begins to find out the true history and relevance of his fruit.
Barto is seen crying he then says that he can't look luffy in the face again and claims that the straw hat fleet has been wiped the same way lulusia was.
