Whether it was a databook or sbs was only my guess. It also could've been in the special volume for the movie itself. Point is, somewhere in a third source it was mentioned which is why the wiki is carrying it and seemingly it treats it as canon otherwise they would've mentioned it's non-canon.

1. Cipher pol protect the celestial dragons hence why they are offered Fruits. Guess what? The admirals directly serve and protect them as well. So why would someone believe that cipher Pol are offered fruits but those hired to protect them aren't? This is why I said my opinion supercededs yours in this matter since there is precedence already in story as to why this can be the case. The same cannot be said for you.
