It's not a big shock to me that Shanks out of all people managed to reach Roger and WB's lvl of haki, since he's always been potrayed as haki specialist. But seeing it got basically "confirmed" (Toei could've chosen any random color like they do with wano animation's color gymnastic so far but they still picked red, aligned with Luffy's advanced Ryou) is still really cool.
That clash looks majestic
can't wait to see Shanks in action with his red lightning-like Haki bcs out of current characters his fighting style will probably utilize haki to its highest potentials.

Who thought that the game providers were miles ahead of us in knowing Shanks' power (or atleast a portion of it).... it's been years since the first time Shanks is portrayed to have those red lightning attacks in games, and now it has a very high chance to be canon 
We need to pay more attention to the games bcs now it's really not impossible for one of those things to be a foreshadow to some extent. I'm predicting Kaido's Ice ball attack in PW4 is going to be somewhat canon/we're gonna see a similar attack from him in manga.

The different is that Kata and Luffy showing red haki when they hit/clash with someone, also their red haki wasn´t really impressiv as what Roger/Whitebeard show. Advanced CoA is most like based on the red haki stuff, we see the colour of the aura around Luffy hand was also red. Shanks using large blackred dimension slash attacks as Yami(Black Clover) show up. You can literally see that Whitebeard and Roger clash with haki splitt up the area around them. Also we learn how haki Gunfighter gonna most like look like, they kinda shooting with red haki beams. I open later a thread for that.^^
