I don't think that Mihawk's bounty would be higher than Yonko level anyway... If Linlin has 2B then Mihawk's bounty is below 2B. There is no way Mihawk has given WG more trouble than Linlin who is a Yonko for decades.

Eh, bounties kinda stopped making sense after a while. Daifuku and Oven are the same age as Katakuri, yet only had 300m bounties despite Oda saying that Yonko crews got increases from affiliation. They were in the same arc that featured only Luffy and Sanji getting bounty increases despite Luffy being hailed as the "5th emperor". Then Kaido's #3 has a bounty that's close to the 5th emperor's...

They're really just for hype now.

Yeah...unless there's more Im and Gorosei shit going on, there's really no reason to mention Whitebeard and Roger or their bounties. If we were getting an Oden flashback, I could kinda understand...but Yonko also said act 3 wasn't starting this week.
