I think Ryokugyu will be a really flashy character, direct opposite of Issho actually, who's always so humble.

Ryokugyu is probably stroking his own ego 24/7, lol. What's crazy is that Oda had Ryokugyu's design completed 6 years ago, but the perfect time for his introduction has still not come!

If he is anything like Doffy, it is a win for me. Doffy is amazing due to his measured cockiness.

Fun Fact: Ryokugyu's voice actor Keiji Fujiwara was also the voice for Joker who's the epitome of craziness, and he did a great job.
