I believe Luffy focused his Armament Haki on the side of his abdomen when Doffy did his Athlete Kick, and Doffy says: It's still rubbery.

Haki actually refers to the will doesn't? Conquers inflict their will on others, armament probably means they present their will in a physical way and observation is probably the same as armament through visual representation. That's a bit headcannon but that's the way I've taken it

For sure, I'll get a few pictures and send it through pm (not too keen for people unwilling to see it to see it, I know some can be a bit toxic. I put a picture of it on reddit and got some slander and it cut me pretty deep rip 😅) it's still mostly in sketch phase but one chapter has been cleaned up and coloured.

I see Armament pretty much the same as Tekkai. It’s just that Armament works different way than Tekkai. Yeah Armament allows you to hurt Logia users, but Armament also kinda makes one’s skin as hard as steel. I still believe if one goes full body Armament, the Armament will be weak.

If haki does refer to will though doesn't that mean if one's will is stronger a weaker will wouldn't be able to break it? In reference to vergo, it was stated laws haki would have to be stronger than vergos to break vergos? And if haki really is "will" wouldn't your willpower be slightly increased or decreased whilst fighting the man who killed your saviour/mentor if you may. Although Im not saying you are wrong in the slightest I'm just giving you a different take on it. Because if armament truly isn't based on will why would it be branded under haki?
