You know if Sanji is in the chapter, it's not going to be a fight chapter, just a set up chapter with people running around, some gags in between. But maybe you like that aspect of One Piece more than the fights, dunno.

No he wasn’t, it’s clearly two separate things. The thing that will make Marineford look cute has something to do with the lurking legend that will "hinder their way", which is something that will apparently occur after Wano. Also, Oda had already said the final war would make Marineford look cute prior to this interview so it’s likely the "that" he was talking about.
