You can't convince people that when he has not done anything significant especailly when we see Luffy's acheivements. Oda tried to hype him, but in the end no one feels that way because he acieved nothing to make us feel like that. Even if oda says he is Yonko level with no acheivements of that sort, no one will feel that way.

Out of all the shadows we’ve seen, literally only one is responsible for Kaido’s scar, so it doesn’t mean much.
