Meh, they didn't die from Kaido, would be a waste of time and chapters to have them be killed by Kanjuro and Jack, doubt they will be killed anymore if Kaido didn't kill them.

I dont see a reason for 5th part. Its seems pretty clear to me that it will just end with 3 and 4 with be epilouge. i.e. the party and all.
Right now I don't see any way to end Act 3 aside from finishing the fights. Even Orochi's plot is shown too.
