Sanji's invisibility is a problem for the plot, if you're invisible, then you can do a lot in a fucking war, so Oda makes Sanji run around for no purpose so that he wouldn't interfere in the fights. On top of that, invisibility is broken as fuck. CoO can't detect Sanji at all, so Sanji has the ultimate cheat mode, if he fights someone then he will simply punch him to death, it's not an interesting fight. Oda did everything to bury his character in the mud!

That means never. Honestly, I don't see a single scenario of Sanji shining in Wano, at all. The ONLY way Sanji can shine in Wano is if he somehow fights and manages to damage Kaido, WHICH OBVIOUSLY WILL NEVER HAPPEN. There's no fucking way that Oda allows that, hell no. And even if he did, it's hard to believe that Sanji will be able to do anything to Kaido when he couldn't even scratch Page one's skin.
