The main problem with content outside of manga volumes it's that it's made up of around 90% of compiled info from the manga and maybe 10% of extra added by Oda but the people who compile most of it make general statements that end up getting translated and speculated into ''hard facts'' by the fandom, in this case Lucky Roux goes from a character on panel explaining that they got a DF to being the person who personally stole it and we (as fandom) have no way of knowing if this is an assumption made by the people making the vivre card, a mistaken interpretation made by the people translating it or an actual new insight about that scene from Oda and despite all that uncertainty it ends up being treated as gospel.
