Oda can make him Yonko level if he wants, it will still looks like an after thought.

The issue, for me at least, is not King’s level but the fact that he has no relevance whatsoever in the war and in Zoro’s story.
Marco can defeat King and then go fight Kaido to have the Momotaro’s reference (it is not like Marco needs to be at 199% for this to happens). There is absolutely no need storywise and character wise for Zoro to be the one to defeat him.

In « the formula » Zoro is always fighting someone that no one else, at that given time, can beat which make his victory really important for the mugiwaras but King can be defeated by Marco so why Zoro beating him is essential for the mugiwaras?

King has 0 hype. He is handled by a retired YC who can't even harm you that much.

+ people forget Zoro will get Kuma 2.0 after the effects of the mink drug wear off.

It is impossible to understand the inferiority complex in these Zoro fans. what is it? we met with yonkou. we can no longer match up with down the yonkou. what kind of stupid way of thinking is that. If you did not read manga , you can think he killed Kaido.
