Your question was already answered. Oda never showed Zoro going through some difficulty in battle just because he has only one eye. You already have your answer, the narrative itself.

Then i guess it is splitable into active CoO and passive CoO. His passive CoO seems not thaaat good (by taking your examples), but his active is shown as not that bad, like i said with Hodys attacks.

Also his Focus is, i guess, the CoA-Haki, while Sanjis is CoOs.

I just wanted to say, his CoO seems to be enough to negate the negative effect of missing an eye, then your examples where also from spots where his second eye wouldnt helped him.

CoO is active so long as you’re focused on it and in a few of the cases, Zoro was focused. I just think his CoO is a tier below Sanji’s and other decent CoO users

Never said his CoO would be superior to Sanjis. Sanji has shown a strong one while dodging the attack of Katakuri.
I only said it is strong enough to compensate his lost eye.
