All of them has a special design and I like all pirate crews.
Sure Luffy crew gonna top all of them, but something which I ask me is more where will BB crew stand in the end?
I can´t see his crew beeing stronger then the one of Roger in the end.
I mean Roger easily have two top tier alongside with him, compare to Big mom,Whitebeard and Kaido crew his crew is the greatest one, in both portrayal and powerlevel wise.

Design wise:
All of them are equal even though I like Rogers and Shanks commanders at most.

Powerlevelwise:
EoS Strawhats=>Roger Commanders>>BB and Shanks commanders=>Whitebeard=Big Mom=Kaido(all commanders)....

I said in DC. Katakuri is still way more lethal, faster and has better haki. He can still high diff Sanji.
