Possibly a battleship or maybe an air bomber.Its needs to be a weapon and have aa way to be portable,otherwise its useless.Just look at Kaido's bombs,they took out BM and blew out the lower floor of an island.Imagine a big ass plane dropping those babys,the destruction...
