Dude, the War arc really isn't that bad. Did you watch the anime or read the manga? In the anime the fillers make it worse but in the manga its very well paced. I don't think there's really any bad writing besides the kaguya stuff, and even some of that is excusable.
I agree it isn't as bad as what the majority of the fanbase make it out to be but it is still bad. I give it a 6/10 and I read the manga. Tobi being Obito was a terrible decision, Kurama being too easily accepting to humans where he should have had more struggle, certain characters being revived back that shouldn't like zabusa, haku, laddy chiyo, nagato, etc., white zetsu was a really dull boring villain for the alliance to be fighting against, chakra limitation being unchecked, Madara being back stabbed by black zetsu, sage of six paths appearing when he should have just been part of a backstory, Neji death had really bad writing execution, Yamato disappearing basically the entire war, etc. There were a lot of sloppy writing by Kishi in the war arc.
Also, the Kaguya stuff is inexcusable, you are being too irrational if you think that any plot surrounding Kaguya was excusable.
