Hell, a Giant jumping off the ship might capsize it. I know it's One Piece, but... still, even for this series, sailing with Giants is dangerous, they're just so freaking big.

And some people think a Giant will join the Straw Hats at some point 
I'm actually fascinated by how the Giants make ships and how they differ from human ships, the technology of Elbaf should be a lot of fun.
