One thing is for sure though, all these big names were let go and replaced with the Seraphim, and Mihawk had to tag team with Crocodile to be considered a real threat to the WG. No problem with that but it's just that there are a lot of delusional takes surrounding the "Marine Hunter" epithet. Doesn't mean Mihawk is not a high top tier, but he's still a stain compared to the entire Navy
Mihawk abandoned his island, and even said "long time since I've been the one being chased", kinda makes you think lol

because he was so strong , the main highlight of his character was his combat ability.

Kaido is just inconsistent
He wanted to die but avoided fight with Linlin. He talked abaout honor but cheated to beat oden and didn't freed him after he won the oil bet. He talk about how power and wars are awesome but hid in wano for 20 years doing nothing.
