Not even this chapter. The previous one with luffy and zoro is all action since they are the action guys. In fact it's one of the VERY FEW chapters in Wano that stays in One location and one event from start to finish and it's an action scene

Has anyone re-read Dressrosa recently. I just realised that entire arc is ALL ACTION SCENES
Like anytime something wasn't a flashback for a character, the story was pure action non stop.
The big twist of the arc happens at the very start with Doffy being revealed as a celestial dragon and from there Oda doesn't waste our time trying to create mysteries or lore around dressrosa. From Law gettig arrested to the colosseuem the marines and revolutionaries arriving to the attack on doffy to luffy vs doffy, there's like at least 50% of the entire arc is non stop action
