Rogers crew was fairly small actually. Luffy never had an opportunity to bring a kid with him, this is a first. And Luffy brought chopper who was actually a kid almost a baby lol. Momo even though he has had history with the characters he would such be let down. This kid hasn’t shown anything worthy being crew member. Let alone Being part of them.
