With them being the evil versions of the SH basically as well as having powers that would specifically counter their straw hats counterpart except for Luffy, Zoro and Sanji all the other fights will be extreme diff fights.

katakuri was discovered , lost his calm , and luffy figured out it was his observation that was the key to beating him not to mention the amount of pis involved to leave your opponent unattended under the assumption they are down ( even though you have future sight) for something as stupid as a lunch break.
