Biscuit, Rayleigh, and Jiraya easy.

All three of them top-notch when it comes to teaching.

Discipline wise: I think they are strict enough but Bisky definitely tops the other two.

Ideology: Jiraya tops, Bisky????? Rayleigh is chilling on retirement and doesn't give a fuck.

Accomplishments:
Bisky: Gon and Killua. You can also add Wing if you want.

Jiraya: Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan. Top that with Naruto.

Rayleigh: Only Luffy most likely.

Jiraya tops the list.

 

[Dark Admiral]

Rayleigh - for being able to teach Luffy of all people about the complexity of Haki (even if it's just basics).
Third Hokage - He created the whole Sanin FFS
Bisc - trained 2 future monsters. (we all saw what Gon's gonna be capable of Killua's gonna be the same too)
Jiraiya - Made Naruto the man he is (Naruto had others to inspire him though)

Characters: Jiraiya, Kakashi, Tsunade, Orochimaru. and Reborn All of them had their own teaching skills and discipline which I like.
Ideology: Jiraiya and Kakashi.
Accomplishments: Jiraiya, because he trained Naruto, Minato, Nagato, Konan and Yahiko. All of them were good ninjas.

Zeff maybe : he taugh Sanji cooking, and Sanji is top notch cooker, for now no one come close. Tough him how to fight : Sanji is quite strong. Good discipline and ideology (cook, women etc).

Yamamoto is quite the teacher too : he trained among the best guys in Gotei 13 : Kyoraku and Ukitake. And he trained Kenpachi too to refine his sword skill. He also trained his lieutenant who managed to learn Banksi and scar Yama.

Biscuit is really good too.

Jiraya is good but one of his disciple went crazy and became a villain. This is a little stain.

Kenichi and Tsuna had it worse with reborn being a troll while Kenichi Masters are just lawful /neutral cruel
Especially Kenichi.
