Topi rarely does memes, but his memes quality are great. Lee and HAJI can switch places for 5th and 4th.

If Akai2 was more active and not on hiatus most of the time, his Fiend vs Providers memes is crazy. It's on par with Lee's Sword and Admiral memes. Blackbeard doesn't really change much except that he makes memes more often in the past. Same for HAJI.

Centurion is great but the 4 above him at their peak > centurion's memes (no hard feelings, you're still goated, cent-chan).

Topi stays the same.
