Should be Marco >= King > Queen

I think he is referencing when it was announced that Kaido has defeated the highest bounty in the alliance. To he honest I'm not sure if that statement applies to Marco.
I like to think Marco is in the 1.6-1.7 range while the Red Hair Commanders are in the 1.5-1.8 range hence the high bounty average in that famous chapter.

So yea Marco for me will have a higher bounty than King.

They said rebels, Marco is a rebel so untip further evidence shows his bounty remains lower than Luffy's, and 1.9b is way of a reach, for someone who got crushed by BB.

Lol bounty a bounty can never go lower, especially for a big shot like Marco. Despite his loses, that bounty is a cv of all past crimes against the wg. Remember Kizaru words to Ray? Just cause he considered himself retired doesn't mean his crimes are erased.

What I can tell is Marco should be able to likely defeat King, what I can suggest based off the way the story is being portrayed unless a twist occurs of course.
