One of the best characters in any arc/series and baddest local of any arc. I wish Oda had made Kyros greater than what he was shown, I mean Don Sai and others got their techs hyped, Kyros just swung his sword. No haki no other special marital art or shit. Chaka and Pell were good. The Scabbards were badass on their own, its just that they were shoved down the throat a little that people dont like or rate them sometimes. But yes Wyper is the baddest local char and one of the baddest in whole story. Would not have minded him being a real rival or anti hero or ally in the whole story. Swap him with one of the useless SN and it would have done wonders for the story imo.
