Let me be clear, this is the marines I’m discussing, not the world government. Therefore, no Gorosei, Gods Knights, CP Agency’s, or Seraphim


Let’s say Luffy decides that the only way to get the One Piece is to beat the Marines so he calls out to all of his allies and says that he needs them to take out the corrupt marine system once and for all. Those on Luffys side are:

The Strawhat Pirates
The Heart Pirates
The Kuja Pirates
The Sun Pirates
Fishman Island (Includes an aincient weapon)
Wanokuni (Including Yamato)
Zou (Zuniesha and the Minks)
The Grandfleet
Sabo as he stated he’ll be protecting Luffy.

The marines have:
Akainu
Greenull
Fujitora
Kizaru
All of the marine forces
The Pacifista

I think the Strawhats win fairly easily and this shows how busted they’ve actually become.

Because they are the lowest on the authority chip. They would have to get them from the world government. I guess I could give them the Seraphim, without them it might be one sided. No Garp he’s captured and wouldn’t fight Luffy seriously if he wasn’t, the same goes for Koby. Sengoku is retired and won’t fight considering he didn’t capture Law in Dressrossa. But if you want to add him I don’t mind.

Pacifistas are basically on strawhats side cause of Bonney. And ya I agree, marines would lose. The VA and lower are nothing. So it's basically just 4 admirals, and 2 old retired ones.
Even in this arc, the marines are a non factor, it's just the Gorosei doing things.

We know Law isn’t dead and neither is Boa. The difference is Garp is captured. But let’s say he wasn’t do you really think he’d intervene after letting Luffy save Ace in MF?

I didn’t include Bonney with Strawhats I thought about it but it would be a slaughter.

Who has the highest lot authority? The navy rank the lowest in authority, they definitely belong to the WG. Also some of these allies can fight an admiral alone. Law and Sabo both can.

My point exactly. Kizaru was down from one punch. Considering Luffy fought Saturn and Kizaru at the same time I wouldn’t be surprised if he could hold off two admirals for a while.

authority has nothing to do for whom those weapons belong to

Just like Sentomaru has 3rd highest authority, that doesn't mean seraphim were made mainly for Sentomaru more than marines.
Authority just means that those weapons cannot be used against Gorosei or Vegapunk for example, it doesn't mean those weapons belong to them.

The Marines obviously still wipe them out. Luffy is the only top tier on the Strawhats side, and he’s on a timer. Without Caribou or whoever fed him on Egghead, he could have been killed by 1 Admiral. Sabo is a maybe for now.

The Navy on the other hand has 4 top tiers and Inspector General Sengoku.
Then there’s the Seraphim too. With Luffy occupied, there’s no one to stop S-Snake from ravaging their ranks.
