No, you’re just being disingenuous which is exhausting. The Seraphim are Navy weapons. The Navy itself is a WG weapon. It’s obvious you’re trying to separate the two because it makes the scenario even more hopeless for you.
If you want such a contrived scenario you should just title it “the Navy with some of their weapons and fighters missing” or something like that.

lol, I’ll bite: what hax can you use to get rid of the Seraphim? Neither Luffy nor Zoro (among the top 5 on the Strawhats side) could put down just 2 of them for hours.
No one has any answer for S-Snake’s hax.
And did I not already make it clear that the Navy wins anyway despite your attempts to handicap them? The Strawhat side simply doesn’t have enough to address their top tiers. The strongest on their side (Luffy) gassed out trying to hold 1 Admiral who wasn’t even focused on him at bay. Everyone else below obviously does worse.

How can Law do such a thing with Kizaru on his ass? He’ll be the one sent away in that case.
And sent to where anyway? The bigger the room the more energy he expends…and he’d have to send them off an entire island. S-Bear can come right back as well and even do the same for the others.
Hancock would have to try and chase them all down (unless you thought they’d be conveniently lined up in one place) which just leaves her open to attack from Marines like the Admirals.
Bart’s barriers only cover finite areas except around himself, and S-Shark can get him from underneath too. Same for S-Bear who can teleport behind him. When he uses the barrier to cover others, he leaves himself exposed as well, like when he created stairs for Robin.
We don’t know if Law’s attacks would work with their flames on btw. Lunarian invulnerability does not seem to be skin deep like Kaido’s, otherwise Lucci’s Rokuougan should have worked on them.
