TLDR:
-Luffy is captured by the WG, and believes his crew died when Egghead explodes
-Koby takes Luffy to Impel Down
-S-Bear saved the crew by sending them to Wano
-The Marine fleet plans to attack Wano after Egghead
-S-Bear and Bonney go to Dragon, Sabo, and the Revs
-Bon Kurei gives Luffy a newspaper showing his crew survived, Luffy joins with Doflamingo
-Dragon, Sabo, S-Bear, Bonney, Vivi, Boa Hancock, and the Grand Fleet free Luffy from Impel Down


Egghead ends with the Mother Flame exploding, like Egghead’s arc started with Lulusia being destroyed by the Mother Flame’s power.

All of the Straw Hats except Luffy are considered dead after the explosion. Before the blast, S-Bear gained Kuma’s memories from Bonney, and teleported the rest of the crew to Wano. The Marine fleet at Egghead is meant to go to Wano after Egghead, and S-Bear knew this from his orders.

Luffy is arrested and taken to Impel Down by Koby, and Luffy is broken by his defeat. Bon-Kurei finds Luffy in Level 6, and gives him a newspaper he stole from guards. The crew landed in Wano and is preparing to protect Wano from the Marine fleet that left Egghead.

S-Bear sends himself and Bonney to the Revolutionaries to lay Kuma to rest. Dragon and Sabo find out about Luffy being captured, and vow to save him.

Dragon, Sabo, Bonney, S-Bear and the Revs; Boa and Amazon Lily; Vivi; and the Grand Fleet all come together to rescue Luffy. Doflamingo and Bon Kurei help Luffy from inside Impel Down. The Wano Cover Series will lead to the Straw Hats showing up in Wano in S-Bears Paw Paw Bubbles.

The Revolutionary army becomes made up of freed pirates from the ruined Impel Down afterwards.

Sabo honors Ace’s legacy by failing to save Luffy from Impel Down, when Luffy failed to save Ace from Impel Down. THAT VICE WARDEN’S ON FIRE, RIP Magellan

Luffy then rides S-Bear back to Wano to start Wano Act 4, and the Battle for Pluton.

Why would Luffy be captured and not IMMEDIATELY killed by the Gorosei? Much less transported into Impel Down.

Straight up, Luffy LITERALLY already escaped from this very same prison while he was over a hundred times weaker than he is now.

Luffy is the only criminal in known history to break into and out of Impel Down. What better way to prove his defeat, than imprisoning him in the prison he escaped for the rest of his life?

Did you forget what happens to Devil Fruits when they user dies? The Fruit spawns somewhere else randomly in another fruit. They've spend this long trying to get his Fruit, WHY IN THE FUCK would they kill him just for it to go somewhere else? That makes no sense whatsoever.

No, they want to keep Nika's Fruit locked away, and the easiest way to do that is burying him in Seastone as deep under the ocean as possible.

Expect Imu to show up and give Nika a friendly visit, as well. This is where we see Imu's face reveal, when Imu gloats over his "victory" over Nika.

You're being logical, and I respect that. But you're thinking in terms of your logic, not Imu's or the WG's.

Imu HATES Luffy. Imu doesn't want to kill Nika. IMU WANTS TO DESTROY NIKA, and that goes far beyond dead, or we wouldn't be dealing with another Nika in the first place, now would we?

Imu wants to break the spirit of the Sun God, and that's probably what Impel Down was built for in the first place.
