So we've seen Vegapunk be linked to Ceaser. Ceaser be linked to Judge. And now Judge linked to Queen....which makes me believe that all 4 are all interlinked. And were apart of one faction scientific group.
This was around 20 + years ago....as Queen was still a Beast Pirate at that time. And Judge was raising the Vinsmoke babies.
I think each of them were in there own leading area when it came to DF development.
Vegapunk: - DF Machinery - Probably the leader of the entire project and helped each scientiest with their own project. Id guess hes main branch would creating Machines with DF properties...such as Pacifista. All for the WG of course.
Caeser: - Artificial DFs - Research on making Man Made DFs.
Judge: - Humans born with DFs - Research on making humans born with DFs for his own children. Thats why the Vinsmokes have the curly eyebrows akin to DFs
Queen: - DF Weaponary - Creating weapons that utilise DFs power for harm. For example Ice Oni's perhaps being from a Mythical Ice Oni fruit....or Ice Logia powers combined with Oni Zoan fruit. Queen would then create people with temporary DF powers to cause harm.
This theory isnt well thought out. But hey...
