This thread is late because its more about last chapter but it confirms what I (and many Zoro fans) have been saying for a long time. The power hierarchy is always gonna be Luffy/Zoro > Sanji > the rest.
Haki has been the powerup requirement throught post TS. Its how the M3 were separated from the rest of the crew at the start of TS. Then we get to DR where Luffy and Zoro fights are focused on haki applications in their fighting styles (sword and DF). In WCI the focus is again on the haki and DF (combo with haki of Kata). In Wano it is again Haki being the main focus where Luffy and Zoro are shown training their haki and then proceeding to unlock ACoC at almost same time. And this is where all the hype is about haki, even in EH the climax is about JBs haki. Being able to use ACoC puts in the company of a handful of the very strongest.
So why was such an important and hyped haki buff not given to Sanji in Wano when the other two of the M3 got it. The answer is very simple, the power dynamic set from the start of OP will be maintained throughout. Sanji is always going to be one level below Luffy and Zoro. Luffy and Zoro had 6 strength while Sanji had 5 and Luffy and Zoro got ACoC in Wano whereas Sanji is still to unlock it in Elbaf.
On the topic of Sanji getting CoC, I know some Pedoji fans are gonna talk shit but I voted that Sanji will get CoC in Elbaf because Gaban got it. But as per Gabans own words Sanjis personality so far has not been of a conqeuror, he has been holding himself back or whatever.
