Interestingly, there is a drawing that depicts a scenery matching the onigashima raid
Not much information is known for this painting, but the painting is called the dragon rising over mount fuji. In the drawing, it showed sailing ships in rough seas. Just like on the Onigashima sea.
We also know that the flower capital is located near the mount fuji. That means if a dragon is flying to mount fuji, it is prone to fly over the flower capital.
But why exactly would a flying creature need to 'rise'? Unless a giant hand knocks him down to the ground...
Lastly, if you look closely on the dragon body, you would notice the dragon body looks like its being split apart.
Hmmm, so the dragon is flying over the capital and drawn like its being cut in half. I wonder what this could mean
