this is just speculation i think the dragon that Ryuma killed is the previous FISH-FISH DF owner who wants to Take Wano in ryumas era same as now kaido doing it

Dragons dont exist in one piece world(as far as we know for now). They are mythological creatures, meaning they only exist in fairy tales. The dragon in punk hazard was artificial and the warship island arc was non cannon. The only non artificial dragon we ve seen is kaido, therefore its safe to assume that the dragon ryuma slew was the previous owner of the mythological fish fruit.

I really doubt that Ryuma would be called sword god if he only killed a fodder dragon. The dragon he faced must have been similarly powerful as kaido or maybe even stronger. It doesn't matter if it was a western dragon. There is no comparison to the dragon in punk hazard. That one was a fodder one for sure. Ryuma was one of the strongest individuals a relative to someone like roger or joyboy. I think he was stronger than Oden.
