It doesn't change the fact that the breath of all things works like FS, he knows where the hits won't land.
Zoro casually blocked invisible slashes, Lanji ran the moment the slowest character in the story went invisible, they are not the same.

As the Fighter/Swordsman role, Zoro indeed have to be the premier and the benchmark of battle related stuff. Him unlocking CoA and CoO in Mr. 1 fight is makes sense and more people should know about this.
And not trying to rain on your parade, but those scenes are normal CoO operations, sensing and predicting.
If it were FS, the image/panel shown will be about the end result (rubble crashing), not about the ongoing event (rubbles falling).
The predicted event shouldn't have started too (rubbles should still be in the air), not ongoing/already happening (rubbles falling).
For example, see Luffy Mihawk Marineford scene. The panel shows Luffy's arm cut off (end result) while Mihawk not yet slashing him (event haven't started).

People have no clue why they even pretend like Sanji has better CoO than Zoro. Sanji was helpless against Doffy's tiny strings and couldn't sense them while Zoro deflected and dodged invisible attacks against Kaido like nothing. They just have CoOs that excel in different areas. Sanji is more adept at hearing while Zoro is more adept at sensing a presence.
Knew where the rocks wouldn't fall, knew where his sword was because he looked for it in the future, same SFX. I know this isn't quite like spying on naked women and suddenly using FS, ryuo and CoC at the same time but it's something.

Zoro was the first to unlock adv COA and ad COO.
